You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the tour start time for a full refund.
In case of date changes within 72 hours prior to the tour start time, additional charges will apply. Cut-off times are based on the tour local time.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour start time, no refund will be provided. The full amount of your original reservation will be charged.
In the event of reservation abandonment (no show), there will be no refund. You will be charged the full amount of your original reservation. We allow a 30-minute grace period.
Whatever the natural reason or phenomenon that puts the safety and life of the participants in risk, COSITAS DE PANAMÁ can cancel the activity up to one day in advance. In that case, COSITAS DE PANAMÁ will contact you and offer a date change or refund of the total cost.
