Bookings & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment arrangements have been completed.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information regarding travel dates, group size, pickup location, and any relevant special requirements.
Private Experiences
Most experiences offered by Cositas de Panamá are private and personalized. While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, certain modifications may depend on timing, weather conditions, availability, safety considerations, and operational logistics.
Tour Modifications
Cositas de Panamá reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries, routes, schedules, or activity order when necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever possible, guests will be informed of any changes in advance.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed pickup location.
Participants must follow the instructions provided by guides, drivers, community hosts, and local authorities during the experience.
Guests are responsible for informing our team in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.
Safety & Participation
Participation in outdoor, cultural, wildlife, nature, boating, hiking, and sightseeing activities is voluntary.
While Cositas de Panamá takes reasonable precautions to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participants acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities may involve inherent risks.
Each participant assumes responsibility for their own actions and decisions during the experience.
Weather & Operational Conditions
Panama is a tropical destination, and weather conditions may vary throughout the year.
Experiences generally operate in light rain and normal weather conditions. In situations where weather, safety concerns, natural events, government restrictions, or operational circumstances make an experience unsafe or impractical, Cositas de Panamá may modify, reschedule, or cancel the activity.
In such cases, available alternatives will be communicated directly to the guest.
Transportation & Logistics
Private transportation, pickup services, and logistics are provided according to the experience booked.
Guests are expected to follow agreed schedules to ensure smooth operation and coordination throughout the day.
Third-Party Services
Certain experiences may involve visits to attractions, museums, restaurants, indigenous communities, nature reserves, hotels, or other third-party providers.
Cositas de Panamá is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, schedules, or operational decisions of third-party businesses or organizations.
Limitation of Liability
Cositas de Panamá shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, road closures, traffic conditions, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, or third-party service disruptions.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking an experience or participating in any activity organized by Cositas de Panamá, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
